Our new ST Whammy Bars feature the same great functionality as our standard Whammy Bars, but have been upgraded with ST Tech. We overmold a section of a proprietary thermoplastic blend, right where the climbing wire contacts the baseplate, allowing for even smoother transitions between 12°, 18°, and stowed positions.
ST Whammy Bars are integrated into our ST bindings. They are offered as a current spare part or replacement. We offer standard Whammy Bar kits as a spare part or retrofit option for older model T1 bindings.

The ST Whammy Bar is not backward compatible with the Arc, Surge or other previous models due to a geometry change in both the baseplate and wire. We will continue offering standard Whammy Bar kits as well for a retrofit option.
